李先玥，女，1996年5月出生，農學博士，講師，在科研方面，主要從事光催化降解有機污染物與産能，半導體-微生物雜合體系的研發與制備，污染廢水生物修複等方面的研究工作，在國際重要學術期刊發表SCI等論文8篇，其中，中科院一區4篇，ESI高被引論文1篇，共計影響因子39.1008。在科研轉化方面，基于已有研究成果獲得授權專利4項，科研成果與企業合作對接。
